So, uh. Yeah, I have hamsters, cats and rats. I take a bunch of photos, but I hate pretty much all photo uploading sites, so until I find one that isn't crap I probably won't post any photos. Unless I can post from Instagram? I dunno.
But... yeah. I'm new.

Hi Tier! If its any help to you, I use Imgur and have never had a problem with it other than how all images upload into the same place and can't be moved from that place even when placed in other folders.... but that's just my personal taste in organizing What are you looking for in an image sharing website? What would make one not suck?

I use photobucket right now, and I like that I can organize my photos by pets, but I don't like how it doesn't let me know when I've uploaded two of the same picture. Or that it only has so much space. I guess I'm looking for something that can organize (like make different folders, and even subfolders), put the photos by date taken (and not just date uploaded) and not let me upload multiples of the same photo, or at least let me know when it happens.
With photobucket I can never find the last photo I uploaded, so it's hard to find WHERE in my computer folders to start copying and uploading.

Blurple! I like it! Officially it's "Pet Haven Blue", or hex code #6600FF I don't know much about photo sharing sites to make an informed opinion, but I'll probably look around at some point, check some out, and make a post about them. I follow a number of photographers on the YouTube, so I can ask them for input, too. Great to see you around, Tier

I can't help with image hosting, as I've hosted my own for nearly 12 years now Photobucket is quite good, and I don't believe the size limit is *too* much of a problem... I think you can request more space if you hit a limit? Regarding multiple posts of the same image... does it matter? Sometimes it's faster to upload a second version of the same image rather than hunt the first version down through loads of folders Another method I've used is to keep an "uploaded" folder in my photo folder on my PC, so when I've uploaded something online I move it to that folder so I know.

Semi off topic, who is your host? Are they recommendable? Prices and customer service all in the green?

I use(d) Streamline.net, who a/were amazing, however they very recently got bought out/taken over by Fasthosts. The package I'm on is awesome, but mainly because it's 12 years old and they don't do that deal any more. Streamline were incredibly good and fast with customer service - I'm talking replies to support tickets within a minute - but *touch wood* I've not seen what Fasthosts is like yet. I think my package is something like £10/month for totally unlimited storage, subdomains, email etc. and also you get a lot of functionality with what you can install and use.
